To get from Prisma Health Baptist Parkridge Hospital at 400 Palmetto Health Parkway, Columbia, SC 29212, to RetireEase Senior Services located at 203 W Main St STE 103, Lexington, SC 29072, start by heading northeast toward Palmetto Health Parkway. Turn right onto Palmetto Health Parkway and then make a left onto Parkridge Drive. Continue straight onto SC-60 W/Lake Murray Boulevard, which will take approximately one minute over a distance of about 0.2 miles.After that, use the left two lanes to turn left onto SC-60 W/Lake Murray Boulevard. Continue on this road for about 4.3 miles until you reach SC-6 E/N Lake Drive. Then, continue straight to stay on SC-6 E/N Lake Drive for an additional 4.6 miles.Next, use the right lane to turn right onto N Lake Drive and make a slight right onto Columbia Avenue. You will pass by Applebee’s Grill + Bar on your right during this segment. Continue for about 0.7 miles before turning left onto W Main Street. Finally, drive for approximately 305 feet and turn right twice to reach your destination at RetireEase Senior Services
