The RetireEase Manifesto
It starts with the belief that every life is precious and valuable, and every person is worth honoring and celebrating at all times. That the elderly have shared their lives and contributed their gifts to us and have earned the right to their dignity. It demands respect for every person regardless of physical or mental strength. It thrives on love and authenticity. These are not a words that gets used in business, they are not even words that business is comfortable with but then we are not like other businesses. It requires compassion, patience, gentleness and selflessness. It’s leadership that listens, that embraces vulnerability and is confidently transparent. We reject the idea that loss of dignity, loneliness and disengagement are part of aging. We believe that people are more important than profit. We are RetireEase Senior Services—We Cherish Lives.
